$12.99 standard delivery per order.
FOLDLINE orders are packed within one to two business days after the order is placed. Standard delivery is a flat $12.99 USD, regardless of the number of cases in one order. Estimated transit time is shown after destination details are entered at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently accept orders for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and France. If your destination is not listed, please do not place an order expecting delivery outside those regions. Taxes, duties or import charges required by your local authority are not included in the displayed product price unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Tracking and delivery updates
When your parcel is handed to the carrier, we send a dispatch note to the email supplied with the order. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates, not guaranteed appointment times. If the carrier shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, contact the carrier first and then write to us with your order information.
Returns with a reason.
If a case arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the item ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review the order and explain the available replacement, store credit or refund route before asking you to send anything back.
Change of mind
Unused cases in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and condition reasons, an item must be clean, free from wear and returned with its original protective packaging. Return postage for a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are not refundable once the shipment has left our care.
Compatibility
Please choose the correct device size in checkout. A case that was ordered for an incompatible device size is eligible for a change-of-mind return only if it is unused and in original condition. The best way to avoid a return is to check your phone’s model and approximate screen size before placing the order.
