The information we collect.
When you place an order, we collect the details needed to process and deliver it: your name, email address, shipping address, the products you select and the phone-size note you provide. If you contact us, we also receive the content of your message and any supporting images you choose to send.
Like most online stores, our site may receive limited technical information from your browser, such as device type, browser version, approximate region, pages viewed and the time of your visit. We use this information to keep the storefront functioning, understand errors and improve the purchase experience. We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from your order details.
How we use your information.
We use order information to confirm a purchase, prepare delivery, send order updates, respond to service questions and handle a return or replacement when needed. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying site information to improve the layout, load speed and product information on FOLDLINE.
Payment information
FOLDLINE’s current checkout button is a demonstration flow and does not process a real PayPal payment. When a live payment provider is enabled, that provider will handle payment credentials under its own privacy terms. We do not ask you to send payment-card details by email or social message.
Sharing and retention.
We share the minimum necessary delivery information with shipping partners so they can bring an order to you. We may also use carefully selected service providers for hosting, order administration and customer support. They may use information only to provide their service to us, not for their own unrelated marketing.
We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, accounting and legal obligations. If you begin checkout but do not complete an order, the demonstration cart is held only in your browser’s local storage and can be removed by clearing browser data.
Your choices.
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information that we hold about you, subject to the records we are required to keep. To make a request, contact us with the email used for your order and enough detail to locate it safely. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of FOLDLINE after a change means you have had the opportunity to review the updated policy.
